SHIPPING
We can ship anywhere in the world! Most orders will be shipped within 2 -3 business days (may be longer during holidays). We will notify you as soon as possible if an item is out of stock with an estimated date of availability.
When shipping international, we are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges that are incurred.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based.
The tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed to ship.
RETURNS
We want you to feel confident in your purchase! Our Customer Service team is eager to answer your questions; you can email us: sales@fundaygift.com.
01. You may return most new, unopened/unworn items within 07 days of delivery for a refund. No returns on cake, sweets, flowers, earrings, bathing suits, face coverings or face masks.
02, We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
03. Return request is acceptable if you received wrong products, damaged products.
04. Mind change is not acceptable after delivered the product.
05. Once your return request is approved by fundaygift.com, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
