1. The user may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant sections
2. Color of the products may slightly vary due to photography, lighting sources or your monitor setting/ PC resolution
3. Since flower arrangements are hand-made, there may be a slight variation from the picture shown. However, we will make sure that we deliver the flower arrangement as close as possible to the description/ photograph shown
4. For Cakes, Sweets, Flowers or other items that are perishable in nature, the delivery would be attempted only once. If the delivery is not executed during that attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items
5. The prices advertised on this Site are for Internet orders. Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. Any prices used on this Site may not be indicative of the actual selling prices in your area. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers.
6. If any problem occurred after delivery to any product and in any electronics items due to electric short circuit or thunderstorm or natural disaster, FundayGift or its Merchants will not take any responsibility.
7. Product delivery may be interrupted or delayed due to public holidays, natural disaster or in case of political instability.
8. If the delivery location is outside of Dhaka city, advance payment is a requirement.
9. As FundayGift rely on third-party logistics and Merchants Consequently, fundaygift.com has limited control on estimated time of delivery.
10. Your order placement doesn’t always, guarantee product delivery. Product delivery is entirely subjected to availability of stock and order confirmation.

We do not warrant that the results that may be free from error obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
